This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies wemember.ai uses. It applies to the marketing website only, not to the product at app.wemember.ai. Controller: [CHECK: legal entity name], see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in the same way; we call them all “cookies” here.
2. Our approach
- Website statistics without cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not track you across sites. No consent is required for this.
- Analytics cookies only with consent. Our heatmap and session-recording tool (PostHog EU Cloud) only loads after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline or do nothing, it does not run.
- No advertising cookies. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies.

4. Giving and withdrawing consent
When you first visit the site, the cookie banner asks for your choice. You can:
- Withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. After withdrawal, the analytics tool stops loading; previously collected data is not affected retroactively, but you can ask us to delete it (see the Privacy Policy).
- Delete cookies through your browser settings. The banner will then appear again on your next visit.
- Block cookies in your browser. The website will still work.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and refusing has no consequences for your access to the site.
